62. Kiến thức về ảnh hưởng của tia cực tím đến sức khỏe ở học sinh hai trường Trung học Cơ sở tại Hà Nội năm 2024

Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang này được tiến hành trên 432 học sinh tại hai trường THCS Cần Kiệm (xã Cần Kiệm) và trường THCS Tam Khương (phường Khương Đình), thành phố Hà Nội năm 2024. Nghiên cứu sử dụng bộ câu hỏi tự thiết kế để phỏng vấn trực tiếp học sinh nhằm đánh giá kiến thức của các em về tác động của tia cực tím đến sức khỏe. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy 52,1% học sinh biết tia cực tím giúp tạo vitamin D và 81,9% học sinh biết tia cực tím gây bỏng nắng, sạm da, 66% biết gây ung thư da. Học sinh khối 8, học sinh nữ và có học lực xuất sắc, giỏi là những học sinh có kiến thức đạt về ảnh hưởng của tia cực tím đến sức khỏe cao hơn các nhóm học sinh khác có ý nghĩa thống kê. Những phát hiện này cung cấp cơ sở quan trọng để đề xuất các chương trình giáo dục sức khỏe và các giải pháp can thiệp hiệu quả k, giúp học sinh hình thành và thực hiện các hành vi bảo vệ sức khỏe, chủ động phòng tránh các tác hại của tia cực tím.
