Điều trị đái dưỡng chấp chủ yếu là thay đổi chế độ ăn và các can thiệp ít xâm lấn (bơm các chất gây xơ, can thiệp bạch mạch). Tại Bệnh viện Đại học Y Hà Nội, can thiệp bạch mạch được xem là lựa chọn đầu tay trong điều trị bệnh lý này. Tuy nhiên, ở các bệnh nhân can thiệp bạch mạch thất bại hoặc không có chỉ định can thiệp bạch mạch thì phẫu thuật lại đóng một vai trò quan trọng. Chúng tôi đã thực hiện phẫu thuật nội soi bóc bạch mạch cho nhóm bệnh nhân này và đã thu được các kết quả bước đầu tích cực. Tuy nhiên cần có các nghiên cứu với cỡ mẫu lớn hơn và thời gian theo dõi dài hơn để đưa ra kết luận này này.
