Điều trị thoái hóa khớp gối nguyên phát bằng tiêm nội khớp Acid Hyaluronic liên kết chéo với Mannitol

Nghiên cứu can thiệp có nhóm chứng 72 bệnh nhân được chẩn đoán thoái hóa khớp gối nguyên phát, điều trị tại Khoa Cơ xương khớp Bệnh viện Trung ương Thái Nguyên, từ tháng 10/2024 đến tháng 10/2025. Bệnh nhân được chia thành hai nhóm: nhóm chứng điều trị nội khoa, nhóm nghiên cứu điều trị nội khoa kết hợp tiêm nội khớp acid hyaluronic dạng liên kết chéo với mannitol. Đánh giá kết quả điều trị dựa trên thay đổi điểm đau VAS, chỉ số WOMAC và hình ảnh siêu âm khớp gối sau 1 và 6 tháng. Kết quả: Sau 6 tháng, nhóm nghiên cứu giảm có ý nghĩa thống kê điểm VAS (từ 5,72 ± 0,15 xuống 1,39 ± 0,46; p < 0,05), cải thiện rõ rệt các chỉ số WOMAC đau, cứng khớp và vận động. Sau can thiệp, 91,5% bệnh nhân không tràn dịch khớp trên siêu âm, tỷ lệ viêm màng hoạt dịch giảm có ý nghĩa (p < 0,05). Kết luận: Tiêm nội khớp HA liên kết chéo kết hợp mannitol mang lại kết quả điều trị tốt trong cải thiện triệu chứng đau và chức năng khớp.
