Kết quả bước đầu hóa trị tân bổ trợ ung thư vú giai đoạn II-III HER2 dương tính với phác đồ tch tại Bệnh viện Trung ương Quân đội 108

Nghiên cứu mô tả nhằm đánh giá kết quả bước đầu trên 35 bệnh nhân ung vú giai đoạn II - III HER2 dương tính được hóa trị tân bổ trợ với phác đồ TCH tại Bệnh viện TƯQĐ 108 từ tháng 12/2024 đến tháng 12/2025. Kết quả cho thấy: trong 35 bệnh nhân được ghi nhận vào nghiên cứu, tuổi trung bình là 51,7 (32 - 74 tuổi), 60% giai đoạn II, 40% giai đoạn III, tỷ lệ thụ thể nội tiết dương tính là 51,4%. Tỷ lệ đáp ứng toàn bộ trên lâm sàng đạt 97,2%. Đáp ứng hoàn toàn mô bệnh học (tpCR) là 45,7%; chưa ghi nhận mối liên quan giữa tpCR và một số yếu tố dự đoán. Tác dụng không mong muốn độ 3-4 thường gặp nhất là giảm bạch cầu trung tính và không có trường hợp nào tử vong hoặc ngừng điều trị. Kết quả bước đầu cho thấy hóa trị tân bổ trợ với phác đồ TCH trên bệnh nhân ung thư vú giai đoạn II – III HER2 dương tính cho tỷ lệ đáp ứng cao, và độc tính có thể chấp nhận được.
