Kết quả phẫu thuật ung thư tuyến giáp thể biệt hóa giai đoạn T3b-T4N0M0 tại Bệnh viện Đại học Y Hà Nội

Đánh giá đặc điểm lâm sàng, cận lâm sàng và kết quả phẫu thuật ung thư tuyến giáp (UTTG) thể biệt hóa giai đoạn T3b-T4N0M0: Nghiên cứu mô tả trên 184 bệnh nhân được phẫu thuật tại Bệnh viện Đại học Y Hà Nội từ tháng 1/2022 đến tháng 3/2026. Kết quả: Tuổi mắc bệnh trung bình là 51,7 ± 12,5. Tỷ lệ nữ/nam = 6,4/1. Có 11,4% trường hợp phát hiện u phá vỡ vỏ trên siêu âm. Tỷ lệ u xâm lấn: cơ trước giáp, khí quản, thần kinh thanh quản quặt ngược lần lượt là: 84,8%; 9,2%; 5,4%, có 1 bệnh nhân (0,6%) có u xâm lấn đồng thời thần kinh thanh quản quặt ngược và thực quản. Tỷ lệ trường hợp đạt diện cắt R0, R1, R2 lần lượt là: 84,8%; 15,2%; 0%. Tỷ lệ di căn hạch tiềm ẩn là 40,2%. Tỷ lệ các biến chứng sau mổ: Co rút tay chân, khàn tiếng, chảy máu, nhiễm trùng, rò bạch huyết có tỷ lệ lần lượt là: 9,8%; 3,8%; 0,5%; 0,5%; 0,5%. Không ghi nhận biến chứng nào tồn tại sau 01 tháng điều trị.
