Nghiên cứu nhằm xác định tình trạng rối loạn lo âu và một số yếu tố liên quan ở người bệnh lọc máu chu kỳ tại khoa Thận nhân tạo, Bệnh viện Thận Hà Nội. Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang được thực hiện trên 390 người bệnh từ tháng 01/2026 đến tháng 03/2026. Tình trạng lo âu được đánh giá bằng thang điểm Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS). Phân tích hồi quy logistic đơn biến và đa biến được sử dụng để xác định các yếu tố liên quan. Nghiên cứu cho thấy tỷ lệ rối loạn lo âu ở người bệnh lọc máu chu kỳ tại Bệnh viện Thận Hà Nội là 14,1%. Các yếu tố liên quan độc lập với tình trạng lo âu gồm: thu nhập trên 10 triệu đồng/tháng, mức độ hỗ trợ xã hội thấp/trung bình, mắc bệnh kèm theo, suy giảm chất lượng giấc ngủ và lo ngại về quy trình lọc máuRối loạn lo âu ở người bệnh lọc máu chu kỳ còn ở mức đáng lưu ý và liên quan đến nhiều yếu tố tâm lý - xã hội và lâm sàng.
