Hiệu quả của chương trình Vivifrail trên chức năng vận động và nguy cơ ngã ở bệnh nhân đái tháo đường typ 2 cao tuổi có hội chứng dễ bị tổn thương

Nghiên cứu can thiệp ngẫu nhiên có nhóm chứng trên 72 bệnh nhân đái tháo đường typ 2 từ 60 tuổi trở lên có hội chứng dễ bị tổn thương (HCDBTT). Bệnh nhân được phân thành nhóm can thiệp (n = 36) tham gia chương trình Vivifrail và nhóm chứng (n = 36) được chăm sóc thông thường. Các chỉ số được đánh giá tại thời điểm ban đầu, sau 3 tháng và sau 6 tháng, bao gồm chức năng vận động (Timed Up and Go, TUG) và điểm nguy cơ ngã (Fall Risk Index-21, FRI-21). Có 66 bệnh nhân hoàn thành nghiên cứu sau 6 tháng theo dõi. Tại thời điểm ban đầu, không có sự khác biệt về đặc điểm nhân khẩu học, đái tháo đường, và lão khoa giữa hai nhóm (p > 0,05). Sau 6 tháng can thiệp, thời gian thực hiện TUG của nhóm can thiệp giảm trung bình 3,8 giây từ 15,6 ± 5,9 giây xuống 11,8 ± 2,9 giây, nhóm chứng tăng 1,1 giây từ 15,3 ± 5,5 giây lên 16,4 ± 6,4 giây. Điểm FRI-21 của nhóm can thiệp giảm trung bình 4,1 điểm từ 11,4 ± 3,3 điểm xuống 7,3 ± 3,0 điểm, nhóm chứng không có sự thay đổi. Mức thay đổi về thời gian TUG và điểm FRI-21 ở nhóm can thiệp tốt hơn so với nhóm chứng tại thời điểm 3 tháng và 6 tháng (p < 0,05). Chương trình Vivifrail giúp cải thiện đáng kể chức năng vận động và giảm nguy cơ ngã ở bệnh nhân đái tháo đường typ 2 cao tuổi có HCDBTT.
