Đặc điểm bộc lộ PD-L1 trong ung thư biểu mô tuyến dạ dày

Tại Việt Nam, ung thư dạ dày đứng thứ 3 về số ca mắc mới và số ca tử vong. Liệu pháp miễn dịch với các thuốc kháng lại phân tử chết theo chương trình 1 (programmed death molecule-1: PD-1) và phối tử của nó - PD-L1 (programmed death-ligand 1) hứa hẹn là phương pháp điều trị mới giúp tăng hiệu quả điều trị đối với bệnh nhân ung thư dạ dày. Nghiên cứu mô tả đặc điểm bộc lộ PD-L1 trong ung thư biểu mô (UTBM) tuyến dạ dày và so sánh mối tương quan giữa tình trạng bộc lộ PD-L1 với một số đặc điểm lâm sàng, giải phẫu bệnh thực hiện trên 96 bệnh nhân. Tiêu chuẩn lựa chọn đối tượng là những bệnh nhân mắc UTBM tuyến dạ dày được chẩn đoán xác định bằng xét nghiệm giải phẫu bệnh trên bệnh phẩm phẫu thuật tại Bệnh viện Bạch Mai từ tháng 10/2020 đến tháng 8/2021. Kết quả cho thấy tỉ lệ bộc lộ PD-L1 trong ung thư biểu mô tuyến dạ dày là 38,5%. Có mối tương quan giữa bộc lộ PD-L1 với mức độ xâm lấn của khối u và tình trạng di căn hạch. Không có sự khác biệt có ý nghĩa của tỉ lệ bộc lộ PD-L1 giữa các nhóm giới tính, kích thước, vị trí, độ biệt hoá, phân loại mô bệnh học, tình trạng xâm nhập mạch và xâm nhập thần kinh.
