Bleomycin là một lại kháng sinh chống ung thư có nguồn gốc Streptomyces Verticillus. Độc tính trên da của Bleomycin không thường gặp như độc tính trên phổi. Viêm da hình roi là một độc tính hiếm gặp nhưng đặc trưng, với tỉ lệ xuất hiện khoảng 8 - 22%. Sau đây, chúng tôi xin báo cáo một trường hợp viêm da hình roi do Bleomycin. Bệnh nhân nữ, 20 tuổi, vào viện vì hạch cổ to kèm sốt thất thường, gầy sút cân. Bệnh nhân được chẩn đoán: U lympho Hodgkin giai đoạn IVBS (gan, lách, xương, hạch ổ bụng) và bệnh nhân được điều trị phác đồ AVBD. Sau 2 chu kỳ, bệnh nhân phàn nàn về các tổn thương tăng sắc tố da ở vùng lưng và đùi. Một chẩn đoán viêm da hình roi do Bleomycin được thiết lập và bệnh nhân được điều trị tiếp phác đồ không có bleomycin. Viêm da hình roi do Bleomycin là một tác dụng phụ hiếm gặp. Phát hiện sớm các tác dụng phụ trên da của Bleomycin giúp các bác sĩ lâm sàng có chiến lược điều trị thích hợp cho bệnh nhân.
