Điều trị tụt huyết áp bằng Phenylephrine và Ephedrine sau gây tê tủy sống mổ thay khớp háng ở người cao tuổi

Nghiên cứu của chúng tôi so sánh hiệu quả điều trị tụt huyết áp bằng ephedrine và phenylephrine tiêm tĩnh mạch sau gây tê tủy sống mổ thay khớp háng ở người cao tuổi. 60 bệnh nhân cao tuổi (≥ 60 tuổi) tiến hành mổ thay khớp háng theo kế hoạch, bốc thăm chia ngẫu nhiên thành 2 nhóm được dự phòng tụt huyết áp ngay sau gây tê tủy sống và điều trị khi có tụt huyết áp bằng ephedrine 6 mg và phenylephrine 50 µg. Các chỉ số huyết áp tâm thu, huyết áp tâm trương, huyết áp trung bình và nhịp tim được ghi nhận tại các thời điểm từ khi bắt đầu tiêm thuốc đến sau khi tiêm 30 phút. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy huyết áp tâm thu, huyết áp tâm trương, huyết áp trung bình của 2 nhóm là khác biệt không có ý nghĩa thống kê tại tất cả các thời điểm, nhịp tim ở nhóm dùng ephedrine cao hơn nhóm dùng phenylephrine ở các thời điểm T4; 7; 10; 15; 20. Nghiên cứu này cho thấy ephedrine và phenylephrine có tác dụng điều trị tụt huyết áp sau gây tê tủy sống mổ thay khớp háng ở người cao tuổi là tương đương với nhau.
