Hóa trị liệu liều cao kết hợp với ghép tế bào gốc tạo máu tự thân điều trị u lympho không Hodgkin tái phát/dai dẳng là phương pháp điều trị hiện đại có hiệu quả cao. Nghiên cứu thực hiện với mục tiêu: Đánh giá kết quả điều trị u lympho không Hodgkin tế bào B tái phát bằng phương pháp ghép tế bào gốc tạo máu tự thân. 12 người bệnh u lympho không Hodgkin tế bào B tái phát được lựa chọn, phương pháp nghiên cứu mô tả loạt ca bệnh. Thời gian mọc mảnh ghép trung bình đối với bạch cầu trung tính và tiểu cầu là: 10,2 và 13,3 ngày, thời gian nằm viện trung bình là 33,8 ngày. Tỷ lệ đạt đáp ứng hoàn sau ghép tế bào gốc đạt 11/12 người bệnh. Thời gian sống thêm bệnh không tiến triển và sống thêm toàn bộ trung bình tính theo Kaplan - Meier ước tính là: 44,4 ± 8,3 tháng và 56,1 ± 7,1 tháng. Tỷ lệ sống thêm không sự kiện và sống thêm toàn bộ ước tính tại thời điểm 3 năm là: 72,7% và 81,8%; tại thời điểm 5 năm là: 48,5% và 61,4%.
