30. Chất lượng cuộc sống của nhóm nam quan hệ tình dục đồng giới đang điều trị ARV tại Hà Nội

Nghiên cứu này nhằm đánh giá chất lượng cuộc sống và xác định một số yếu tố liên quan tới chất lượng cuộc sống của nhóm nam quan hệ tình dục đồng giới (MSM) đang điều trị ARV tại một số phòng khám ngoại trú tại Hà Nội năm 2022. Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang được thực hiện trên 212 MSM đang điều trị ARV và sử dụng công cụ đo lường chất lượng cuộc sống WHOQOL-HIV BREF. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy: trên thang điểm từ 4 đến 20, điểm trung bình chất lượng cuộc sống của nhóm MSM là 13,79 điểm (ĐLC = 2,02), trong đó lĩnh vực Sức khỏe thể chất cao nhất 14,40 điểm (ĐLC = 2,45, điểm trung bình chất lượng cuộc sống lĩnh vực Quan hệ xã hội thấp nhất 12,93 điểm (ĐLC = 2,55). Một số yếu tố liên quan ảnh hưởng tiêu cực đến chất lượng cuộc sống của MSM nhiễm HIV như tình trạng lo âu và trầm cảm, bị kỳ thị, công việc không ổn định cũng như yếu tố về bệnh tật (mắc bệnh nhiễm trùng cơ hội).
