31. Chất lượng cuộc sống và các yếu tố liên quan ở người bệnh đang điều trị lao đa kháng thuốc tại Việt Nam

Người bệnh lao đa kháng phải đối mặt với nhiều vấn đề ảnh hưởng đến chất lượng cuộc sống ở cả hai khía cạnh thể chất và tinh thần. Nghiên cứu này nhằm xác định điểm trung bình chất lượng cuộc sống sau 6 tháng điều trị và một số yếu tố liên quan đến chất lượng cuộc sống của người bệnh lao đa kháng thuốc tại các cơ sở y tế trong Chương trình Quản lý Lao kháng thuốc tại Việt Nam. Chất lượng cuộc sống được đánh giá bằng bộ câu hỏi SF-36 phiên bản 2.0. Kết quả cho thấy, điểm trung bình chất lượng cuộc sống sau 6 tháng điều trị ở khía cạnh thể chất là 44,2 ± 10,5 thấp hơn so với quần thể bình thường và khía cạnh tinh thần là 49,8 ± 11,4 tương đương với quần thể bình thường. Sau khi phân tích đa biến, người bệnh trẻ tuổi, nam giới, trình độ học vấn trung học phổ thông và trung học cơ sở có điểm chất lượng cuộc sống sau 6 tháng điều trị khía cạnh thể chất cao hơn người bệnh lớn tuổi, nữ giới, trình độ học vấn chưa tốt nghiệp tiểu học. Người bệnh sống với người khác có điểm trung bình chất lượng cuộc sống ở khía cạnh tinh thần cao hơn nhóm sống một mình. Do đó, trong điều trị lao đa kháng không chỉ tập trung vào điều trị bệnh mà còn tập trung vào theo dõi tác dụng phụ của thuốc, kết hợp các biện pháp vật lý trị liệu và phục hồi chức năng nhằm cải thiện sức khoẻ thể chất của người bệnh.
