2. Độ nhạy của tiêu chuẩn EULAR/ACR 2019, SLICC 2012 và ACR 1997 trong chẩn đoán Lupus ban đỏ hệ thống trẻ em

Nghiên cứu cắt ngang trên 83 bệnh nhi được chẩn đoán lupus ban đỏ hệ thống mới tại Trung tâm Nhi khoa, Bệnh viện Bạch Mai từ tháng 01/2021 đến hết tháng 12/2023 nhằm so sánh độ nhạy của tiêu chuẩn EULAR/ACR 2019, SLICC 2012, ACR 1997 và một số yếu tố liên quan trong chẩn đoán lupus ban đỏ hệ thống ở trẻ em. Độ nhạy của tiêu chuẩn EULAR/ACR 2019, SLICC 2012, ACR 1997 trong chẩn đoán lupus ở nhóm nghiên cứu là lần lượt là 100%, 95,2%, 65,1%. Độ nhạy của tiêu chuẩn ACR 1997 ở nhóm bệnh nhân có ≥ 2 biểu hiện lâm sàng (75,7%), biểu hiện huyết học (78,9%), biểu hiện da niêm mạc (90,2%), biểu hiện thanh mạc (94,4%) và tổn thương thận (83,0%) cao hơn tương ứng so với nhóm có 1 biểu hiện lâm sàng (7,7%), không có bất thường huyết học (53,3%), không có biểu hiện da niêm mạc (40,5%), không có biểu hiện thanh mạc (56,9%) và không tổn thương thận (33,3%). Sự khác biệt có ý nghĩa thống kê, p < 0,05.
