U nội mô mạch máu dạng biểu mô (HEHE) là một bệnh lý hiếm gặp, khó phân biệt với hầu hết các khối u gan khác về mặt hình ảnh đơn thuần. Nhân 3 trường hợp, chúng tôi muốn nhấn mạnh các đặc điểm hình ảnh cần lưu ý về HEHE này. Trên CHT hoặc CLVT có tiêm thuốc tương phản thì tĩnh mạch, tổn thương u gan đa ổ ngấm thuốc viền có dấu hiệu “kẹo mút” (“lollipop” sign) với u không ngấm thuốc (hình viên kẹo) và tĩnh mạch ngấm thuốc bị cắt cụt khi hướng tới u (hình que). Đây là dấu hiệu đặc trưng mà các bác sĩ chẩn đoán hình ảnh cần phải tìm kiếm khi nghĩ đến bệnh này. Hơn nữa, nó cũng có thể là đặc điểm hỗ trợ cho các bác sĩ giải phẫu bệnh hướng đến chẩn đoán HEHE.
