Nâng cao tuân thủ điều trị ARV tối ưu thông qua mạng xã hội và một số yếu tố liên quan ở nhóm nam quan hệ tình dục đồng giới

Nghiên cứu can thiệp cá thể, ngẫu nhiên có đối chứng được thực hiện trên 212 nam quan hệ tình dục đồng giới đang điều trị ARV tại Hà Nội (tháng 4/2022 - tháng 5/2023), nhằm đánh giá hiệu quả của can thiệp qua Zalo trong việc nâng cao tỷ lệ tuân thủ điều trị tối ưu và xác định một số yếu tố liên quan. Trước can thiệp, tỷ lệ tuân thủ điều trị tối ưu giữa nhóm chứng và nhóm can thiệp là 48,6%, không có sự khác biệt có ý nghĩa thống kê. Tuy nhiên, sau 3 và 6 tháng, tỷ lệ tuân thủ ARV tối ưu ở nhóm chứng gần như không thay đổi, trong khi nhóm can thiệp cải thiện rõ rệt, tăng từ 42,1% lên 53,4% sau 3 tháng và đạt 66,9% sau 6 tháng. Trên mô hình ảnh hưởng hỗn hợp: nhóm can thiệp giảm nguy cơ tuân thủ điều trị dưới mức tối ưu lần lượt 0,31 và 0,19 lần so với nhóm chứng (p = 0,012 và < 0,001). Người có chất lượng cuộc sống thấp có nguy cơ tuân thủ điều trị dưới mức tối ưu cao hơn 0,81 lần so với người có chất lượng cuộc sống cao (p = 0,001). Các can thiệp trên Zalo có hiệu quả, đồng thời nhấn mạnh vai trò của việc nâng cao chất lượng cuộc sống trong điều trị ARV.
