46. Tác dụng bảo vệ của Dầu dừa Lão nhà quê trên mô hình viêm loét dạ dày thực nghiệm

Dầu dừa Lão nhà quê là một sản phẩm có nguồn gốc tự nhiên, được nghiên cứu với mục đích điều trị viêm loét dạ dày. Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu là đánh giá tác dụng bảo vệ của Dầu dừa Lão nhà quê trên mô hình thực nghiệm gây viêm loét dạ dày bằng indomethacin. Chuột cống trắng chia thành 5 lô: lô 1 (chứng sinh học), lô 2 (mô hình), lô 3 uống misoprostol 50 μg/kg/ngày, lô 4 uống Dầu dừa Lão nhà quê 5 mL/kg/ngày, lô 5 uống Dầu dừa Lão nhà quê 10 mL/kg/ngày trong 7 ngày. Chuột ở các lô 2 đến 5 được gây mô hình viêm loét dạ dày bằng cách cho uống một liều indomethacin 40 mg/kg. Sau 6 giờ, tiến hành mổ chuột để đánh giá đại thể và vi thể tổn thương dạ dày. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy Dầu dừa Lão nhà quê có tác dụng giảm chỉ số loét, giảm số lượng tổn thương, giảm điểm loét vi thể và cải thiện tổn thương trên hình ảnh giải phẫu bệnh. Tóm lại, Dầu dừa Lão nhà quê có tác dụng bảo vệ trên mô hình gây viêm loét dạ dày do indomethacin trên thực nghiệm.
