86. Tổng quan luận điểm các yêu cầu về kiến thức, kỹ năng, thái độ của bác sĩ y học dự phòng trên thế giới

Việt Nam chưa có bộ chuẩn năng lực nghề nghiệp của bác sĩ y học dự phòng. Tổng quan này có mục tiêu đưa ra điểm chung về kiến thức, kỹ năng, thái độ trong năng lực nghề nghiệp của bác sỹ y học dự phòng thế giới. Công cụ Rayyan, NotebookLM sàng lọc và lập bảng biểu từ 14 tài liệu Pubmed, Google Scholar (Mỹ, Canada, Singapore, Ấn Độ, Ả Rập Xê Út) giai đoạn 2015 - 2025. Kết quả cho thấy năng lực nghề nghiệp của bác sĩ y học dự phòng có sự tương đồng về (1) Kiến thức nền tảng: Yêu cầu kiến thức vững chắc để giải quyết các vấn đề sức khỏe cộng đồng phức tạp. (2) Kỹ năng toàn diện: Bao gồm bộ kỹ năng cốt lõi như đánh giá & chăm sóc dự phòng lâm sàng, dịch tễ học & giám sát bệnh tật, sức khỏe môi trường & nghề nghiệp, giao tiếp/vận động sức khỏe, lãnh đạo/quản lý, lập kế hoạch/đánh giá chương trình y tế, và năng lực học thuật/nghiên cứu. (3) Thái độ chuyên nghiệp: Chia sẻ tầm nhìn chung về các phẩm chất chuyên môn cốt lõi cần thiết. Từ kết quả này, người lập chính sách có thể tham khảo đề xuất dự thảo các nội dung về kiến thức, kỹ năng, thái độ trong năng lực nghề nghiệp cho bác sĩ Y học dự phòng tại Việt Nam.
