Thực trạng kiến thức, thái độ và thực hành phòng sốt xuất huyết của khách hàng người lớn đến phòng tiêm chủng Trường Đại học Y Hà Nội năm 2024

Sốt xuất huyết Dengue là bệnh lưu hành tại Việt Nam với khoảng 100.000 ca mỗi năm. Nghiên cứu cắt ngang trên 500 khách hàng tại phòng tiêm chủng Trường Đại học Y Hà Nội năm 2024 nhằm đánh giá kiến thức, thái độ và thực hành (KAP) phòng bệnh sốt xuất huyết. Tuổi trung bình của đối tượng là 31,1 ± 9,4; nữ chiếm 70,4% và đa số sống tại nội thành (91,8%). Chỉ 16,6% có kiến thức đạt, 24,2% biết đã có vắc xin, trong khi 64,8% được đánh giá có thái độ tích cực. Về thực hành, khoảng 75% thường xuyên vệ sinh, đậy nắp dụng cụ chứa nước, 64,2% phun thuốc muỗi, 67% ngủ màn và 91,4% sẵn sàng đi khám khi có triệu chứng. Tuy nhiên, chỉ 63,8% có thực hành đạt yêu cầu. Nghiên cứu chỉ ra khoảng cách rõ rệt giữa kiến thức, thái độ và hành vi phòng bệnh, nhấn mạnh sự cần thiết của truyền thông - giáo dục sức khỏe, củng cố niềm tin vào vắc xin và khuyến khích duy trì hành vi phòng bệnh chủ động, đặc biệt tại nhóm dân cư ít tiếp cận thông tin.
