Nghiên cứu với mục tiêu mô tả đặc điểm lâm sàng rối loạn sự thích ứng với phản ứng trầm cảm ở người bệnh ung thư thanh quản bằng phương pháp nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 142 người bệnh điều trị nội trú tại Bệnh viện K Tân Triều. Tuổi trung bình 60,95 ± 8,64 tuổi, nam giới chiếm 96,5%. Tỷ lệ mắc rối loạn sự thích ứng với phản ứng trầm cảm là 36,6%. Tác nhân stress chủ yếu là chẩn đoán ung thư (90,6%) và quá trình điều trị (82,7%). Khí sắc trầm gặp ở 100% người bệnh, giảm năng lượng (96,2%), mất ngủ (98,1%) và ý tưởng tự sát (25,0%) là các triệu chứng lâm sàng nổi bật. Tỷ lệ rối loạn sự thích ứng với phản ứng trầm cảm cao hơn có ý nghĩa thống kê ở nhóm giai đoạn III–IV (OR = 3,0; 95%CI: 1,4 – 6,3; p = 0,003) và nhóm đang điều trị hoặc tái phát (p = 0,007).
