Phẫu thuật điều trị hẹp eo động mạch chủ đơn thuần ở trẻ sơ sinh: Kết quả tại Bệnh viện Nhi Trung ương

Nghiên cứu được thực hiện nhằm đánh giá kết quả sau phẫu thuật điều trị hẹp eo động mạch chủ đơn thuần ở trẻ sơ sinh tại Trung tâm Tim mạch - Bệnh viện Nhi Trung ương trong thời gian từ tháng 1/2016 đến tháng 4/2025. Tổng số 136 bệnh nhân sơ sinh sau phẫu thuật điều trị hẹp eo động mạch chủ đơn thuần được lựa chọn vào nghiên cứucó tuổi phẫu thuật trung vị và cân nặng trung vị lần lượt là 13 ngày (IQR: 8 - 19,5 ngày) và 3 kg (2,6 - 3,5 kg). Không có bệnh nhân nào bị liệt tủy sau mổ và chỉ có 2 bệnh nhân (1,5%) khàn tiếng do liệt thần kinh thanh quản quặt ngược. Tử vong sớm sau phẫu thuật là 7 bệnh nhân (5,1%) và không có tử vong muộn. Phẫu thuật điều trị hẹp eo động mạch chủ đơn thuần ở trẻ sơ sinh có tỷ lệ sống sót lâu dài sau phẫu thuật là khả quan. Theo dõi lâu dài tình trạng hẹp eo tái phát hoặc tồn tại tăng huyết áp là cần thiết đối với nhóm bệnh nhân này.
