Đánh giá tính giá trị và độ tin cậy của thang đo hài lòng cha mẹ trẻ sinh non đối với chất lượng dịch vụ tại khoa Sơ sinh

Sự hài lòng của cha mẹ trẻ sơ sinh là một trong khía cạnh quan trọng phản ánh chất lượng chăm sóc trẻ sinh
non. Mục đích của nghiên cứu này đánh giá tính giá trị và độ tin cậy của một thang đo đánh giá hài lòng của cha mẹ
trẻ sinh non. Nghiên cứu cắt ngang tại hai khoa sơ sinh Bệnh viện Nhi Trung ương và Bệnh viện Nhi Thanh Hóa, sử
dụng phương pháp phân tích nhân tố. Kết quả phân tích PCA giữ lại ba thành tố với số lượng câu hỏi ít hơn nhưng
vẫn đảm bảo tính giá trị. Hệ số Cronbach’s Alpha chung cho bộ công cụ là 0,86 và cho 3 nhóm yếu tố tương ứng về
chăm sóc, điều trị là 0,73; nhóm câu hỏi về giao tiếp là 0,88 và các câu hỏi về môi trường bệnh viện là 0,78. Cả thang
đo gồm 11 câu hỏi, giải thích được 56,4% độ biến thiên độ hài lòng của cha mẹ trẻ sinh non. Kết luận bộ công cụ rút
gọn bao gồm 11 câu đảm bảo tính giá trị và tin cậy để đo lường sự hài lòng của cha mẹ trẻ sinh non tại Việt Nam.
