Chất lượng cuộc sống của bệnh nhân ung thư biểu mô tuyến giáp thể nhú và thế nang sau phẫu thuật cắt tuyến giáp

Nghiên cứu được thực hiện nhằm đánh giá chất lượng cuộc sống (CLCS) và khảo sát một số yếu tố nguy cơ làm giảm điểm CLCS của bệnh nhân sau phẫu thuật ung thư biểu mô tuyến giáp. Nghiên cứu tiến hành trên 125 bệnh nhân chẩn đoán xác định là ung thư biểu mô tuyến giáp đã được phẫu thuật cắt tuyến giáp ≥ 6 tháng tại Bệnh viện đại học Y Hà Nội từ tháng 01/2021 đến tháng 08/2021. Bệnh nhân hoàn thành bộ câu hỏi EORTC - C30 đánh giá CLCS tại thời điểm tái khám. Kết quả cho thấy điểm CLCS trung bình là: 91,76 ± 6,30 (trên thang điểm 0 - 100, 100 điểm là tốt nhất). Phân tích hồi quy đa biến cho thấy các yếu tố giới nữ, tổn thương thần kinh thanh quản, giai đoạn bệnh, số lần điều trị I131, sự thiếu hụt hay dư thừa quá mức hoocmon tuyến giáp có ảnh hưởng tới sự giảm điểm CLCS của bệnh nhân sau phẫu thuật ung thư biểu mô tuyến giáp với p < 0,05.
