Kết quả cấp cứu ngừng tuần hoàn ở trẻ em tại Bệnh viện Nhi Trung ương giai đoạn 2018 - 2019

Đánh giá kết quả cấp cứu ngừng tuần hoàn ở trẻ em tại Bệnh viện Nhi Trung ương từ tháng 6/2018 đến tháng 6/2019. Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 70 trẻ ngừng tuần hoàn. Kết quả cấp cứu ban đầu thành công chiếm 64,3%, thất bại chiếm 35,7%. Tỉ lệ cấp cứu ban đầu thành công cao nhất ở khoa hồi sức cấp cứu (84,1%), tiếp theo là các khoa lâm sàng khác (75%) và khoa cấp cứu (66,7%) với p < 0,05. Tỉ lệ cấp cứu ban đầu thành công ở nhóm sau 24 giờ nhập viện cao hơn nhóm nhập viện trong 24 giờ (83,7% với 59,3%) với p < 0,05. Kết quả cấp cứu cuối cùng: có 44,3% trường hợp tử vong và 30% nặng - xin về và 25,7% các trường hợp ổn định ra viện. Chương trình cấp cứu nhi khoa (Pediatric Basic Life Support) cần được cập nhật thường xuyên cho các bác sĩ nhằm phát hiện sớm và xử trí cấp cứu ngừng tuần hoàn hiệu quả ở trẻ em.
