Kết quả điều trị thận niệu quản đôi bằng phương pháp nối niệu quản-niệu quản có nội soi sau phúc mạc sử dụng 1 trocar hỗ trợ

Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu này là nhằm đánh giá tính an toàn và hiệu quả của phương pháp nối niệu quản - niệu quản có nội soi sau phúc mạc sử dụng 1 trocar hỗ trợ để điều trị thận niệu quản đôi hoàn toàn. Từ tháng tháng 9 năm 2016 tới tháng 12 năm 2018 đã có 37 bệnh nhi ở độ tuổi từ 2,4 tháng -105,9 tháng đã được phẫu thuật tại Bệnh viện Nhi Trung Ương. Không có bệnh nhân nào phải chuyển mổ mở để tìm niệu quản. Không có các tai biến trong mổ. Thời gian phẫu thuật trung bình là 81,6 ± 11,7 phút, thời gian nằm viện trung bình sau mổ là 5,1 ± 2,3 ngày. Biến chứng tuột đầu dưới ống thông JJ lên niệu quản gặp ở 3 bệnh
nhân trong đó 2 bệnh nhân được lấy bỏ ống thông bằng điện quang can thiệp, 1 bệnh nhân phải mổ mở. Kết quả theo dõi với thời gian sau mổ trung vị là 28,5 tháng cho thấy tất cả bệnh nhân diễn biến tốt. Kích thước bể thận và niệu quản trên giảm có ý nghĩa thống kê. Tất cả bệnh nhân đều có chức năng thận tốt hơn trước mổ. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy phương pháp nối niệu quản-niệu quản có nội soi sau phúc mạc sử dụng 1 troca hỗ trợ là phương pháp khả thi, an toàn và hiệu quả điều trị dị tật thận niệu quản đôi hoàn toàn ở trẻ em.
