18. Tác dụng của thủy châm Milgamma N trên bệnh nhân đau dây thần kinh tọa do thoái hóa cột sống thắt lưng

Abstract

This study was to evaluate the effect of Milgamma N injection in treating sciatic nerve pain from degenerative back disorder; 60 patients suffering sciatic nerve pain were divided into 2 groups. Both groups used Du Huo Ji Sheng Tang and electroaccupuncure; the study group also received Milgamma N injection; after 15 days of treatment, VAS indicators, ODI index and range of spine movement has improved markedly and this change was statistically significant with p < 0.01; All indicators improved significantly post - treatment when compared to pre-treatment as well as to the control group (p < 0.05); Milgamma injection N has pain reducing andanti-inflamation effect, therefore can be used as supportive treatment for patients with sciatic nerve pain.
