10. The effect of combination therapy with Mifepristone and Misoprostol for the management of pregnancy loss for gestational age up to 9 weeks

Abstract
The study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the combination of Mifepristone and Misoprostol in the management of early pregnancy failure for gestational age up to 9 weeks. We recorded 210 patients who met the study conditions. The success of the method is determined by the result of complete miscarriage, accounting for 95.24%. There were 10 cases of uterine aspiration due to no spontaneous miscarriage or existence of residual placenta. There was no difference in success rates in the groups of birth history, gestational age, vaginal bleeding, and ultrasound symptoms. Research showed that combination of Mifepristone and Misoprostol to manage pregnancy loss at gestational age up to the end of 9 weeks has high efficiency in.
