10. Evaluation of diagnostic biopsy results of supraclavicular lymph nodes in patients with suspected lung lesions on computed tomography
Main Article Content
Abstract
Surgical supraclavicular lymph nodes incision biopsy in patients with lung lesions, especially cases with suspected pulmonary tuberculosis or lung cancer on computed tomography (CT) film for diagnostic is a save and trustful surgery. We conducted a study from June 2021 to May 2022 on 66 patients with computed tomography lung lesions suspected of pulmonary tuberculosis or lung cancer, and with abnormal supraclavicular lymph nodes to evaluate effectiveness and safety of surgery. The diagnosis confirmation rate was 95.5% and no patient had major complications.
