25. Review of covid-19 prevention ptrogram of district healthcare staff during 2021 and 2022

Abstract

The study aims to assess the  status of human resources, personal protective equipment, knowledge, training, mental health problems and  prevalence of COVID-19 infection  of district healthcare staffs who  participated in COVID-19 prevention and control in some provinces in 2021 and 2022.  This is a cross-sectional descriptive study. The study results show that, in 2021 with training, the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) accounts for 95.9%.. Essential protective equipment such as N95 masks, medical masks, protective gowns, medical gloves, face shields, hand sanitizers  were readily available more than 90% in both 2021 and 2022. The anxiety rate of the study subjects gradually decreased through the times of participating in anti-epidemic from 2021 to 2022. In addition, 73.5% of the study population  was infected with COVID-19, of which 58.5% were diagnosed during the fight against the epidemic, the rate of symptomatic infection was 92.9% and 33.3% was post-COVID-19 symptoms. The COVID-19 vaccine coverage rate is 92.0%.
