Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery for hydronephrosis in kidney malrotation patients with renal vascular abnormalities: Report of two rare cases
Main Article Content
Abstract
Ureteral stenosis due to kidney malrotation is a rare disease. It is still very difficult to resolve the root cause of the disease completely. We report two cases of ureteral stenosis due to kidney malrotation with abnormal renal hilar vascularity following retroperitoneal laparoscopic transposition and ureteroplasty. The intraoperative and postoperative results were good, and the patient had the JJ removed after 1 month. Re-examination at 1 and 2 years showed that the kidney had reduced dilatation and good urinary flow.
