51. Bước đầu nghiên cứu về mô hình bệnh tật tại Khoa Khám bệnh - Cơ sở Hoàng Mai, Bệnh viện Đại học Y Hà Nội năm 2024

Abstract

A cross-sectional study was conducted on 477 medical records of adults who visited the Outpatient Department – Hoang Mai Campus, Hanoi Medical University Hospital, using simple random sampling from April to December 2024. Demographic and socioeconomic information was extracted from the hospital software, and diagnoses were compiled and coded according to ICD-10 from all consultation forms in each record. The results showed that females accounted for 56.6%, individuals aged 18 - 59 made up 71.7%, and 95.8% did not use health insurance. The main reasons for visits were newly emerging health issues (52.6%), routine health check-ups (32.1%), and chronic disease management (23.5%). The most common disease groups were related to the digestive system (21.1%), endocrine-metabolic disorders (13.6%), and cardiovascular conditions (9.7%), with common diagnoses including gastritis and duodenitis, dyslipidemia, hypertension, and type 2 diabetes.
