Data were collected using a self-administered questionnaire stress was assessed by the DASS-21 scale and traditional medicine body constitutions was evaluated using the standardized Constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionnaire (CCMQ) among 1,320 students majoring in General Medicine and Traditional Medicine. The results showed that 44.1% of students had stress; the prevalence of stress was higher among female students and differed by academic year (p < 0.05). Multivariable logistic regression analysis indicated that the Qi-stagnation constitution had the strongest independent association with stress (aOR = 4.51; KTC 95%: 3.20 - 6.36), followed by Qi-deficiency (aOR = 2.22; KTC 95%: 1.38 - 3.56).
