Assessment of learning satisfaction among nursing students at Hanoi Medical University - Thanh Hoa Campus in the academic year 2023-2024 and associated factors

Abstract
Learning satisfaction among nursing students is a critical component in ensuring educational quality and influencing overall academic success. A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted among 193 second- to fourth-year nursing students at the Hanoi Medical University Branch Campus using a structured questionnaire to assess their learning satisfaction. The results indicated a high level of satisfaction, with a mean score of 141.71 ± 15.60 (representing 73.80% of the maximum possible score) on the UNSASS scale. The highest satisfaction was observed in the domain of curriculum design and delivery. Academic year was identified as a factor associated with learning satisfaction, with fourth-year students reporting lower levels of satisfaction compared to second- and third-year students.
