Abstract
A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted on 246 children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) aged 6 - 12 years old at the National Children's Hospital and Bach Mai Hospital from November 1, 2025, to March 30, 2026 to investigate their eating disorders. In the group of children with bulimia nervosa/binge eating disorder, 100% consumed large amounts of food in a short period of time and were dissatisfied with their weight. The most commonly reported difficulties of eating disorders were overweight/obesity (45.5%), impaired academic performance (59,1%) and family conflicts surrounding meals (54,5%).
