Nghiện mạng xã hội và hành vi tự gây tổn thương không tự sát ở học sinh trung học phổ thông: Phân tích trung gian nối tiếp

Nghiên cứu cắt ngang trên 747 học sinh THPT Hai Bà Trưng, Thành phố Huế nhằm đánh giá vai trò trung gian nối tiếp của rối loạn giấc ngủ và lòng tự trọng trong mối liên quan giữa nghiện mạng xã hội và hành vi tự gây tổn thương không tự sát. Các công cụ sử dụng gồm BSMAS, PSQI, RSES và FASM. Phân tích trung gian nối tiếp được thực hiện bằng PROCESS macro, bootstrap. Tỷ lệ NSSI thuần túy là 38,3%; 57,4% học sinh có chất lượng giấc ngủ kém. Nghiện mạng xã hội tương quan thuận với rối loạn giấc ngủ (r = 0,312; p < 0,001) và tương quan nghịch với lòng tự trọng (r = −0,321; p < 0,001). Hiệu ứng trực tiếp giữa nghiện mạng xã hội và NSSI không có ý nghĩa thống kê, trong khi hiệu ứng gián tiếp qua chuỗi rối loạn giấc ngủ → lòng tự trọng thấp có ý nghĩa. Kết quả ủng hộ mô hình trung gian hoàn toàn, cho thấy nghiện mạng xã hội có liên quan với NSSI thông qua suy giảm giấc ngủ và lòng tự trọng. Can thiệp là cần thiết để phòng ngừa NSSI.
