Đánh giá độ tin cậy và giá trị của thang đo rào cản tiêm vắc xin COVID-19 liều tăng cường trong bối cảnh hậu đại dịch

Nghiên cứu cắt ngang được thực hiện trên 405 người trưởng thành đến khám tại Bệnh viện Đa khoa Quảng Xương năm 2024, chọn mẫu thuận tiện và phỏng vấn trực tiếp bằng bộ câu hỏi cấu trúc nhằm đánh giá độ tin cậy và giá trị của thang đo rào cản tiêm vắc xin COVID-19 liều tăng cường. Thang đo được đánh giá bằng EFA, CFA và hệ số Cronbach’s alpha. Kết quả cho thấy KMO = 0,853, kiểm định Bartlett có ý nghĩa thống kê (p < 0,001). Thang đo gồm hai nhân tố: (1) lo ngại về tính an toàn và tác dụng phụ của vắc xin và (2) cảm nhận không cần thiết tiêm liều tăng cường; hai biến “COVID-19 hiện không còn là mối đe dọa nghiêm trọng” và “Tôi sợ tiêm vắc xin COVID-19” bị loại do tải chéo trong EFA. Mô hình CFA sau hiệu chỉnh đạt độ phù hợp tốt. Cronbach’s alpha đạt 0,84 – 0,95, khẳng định thang đo có độ tin cậy và giá trị tốt. Thang đo có thể sử dụng để đánh giá rào cản tiêm vắc xin COVID-19 liều tăng cường ở các quần thể tương đồng.
