 So sánh kết quả trưởng thành noãn và kết quả tạo phôi giữa hai nhóm trưởng thành noãn bằng Human
Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG) và hCG kết hợp GnRH agonist (GnRHa) ở nhóm bệnh nhân đáp ứng kém tại
Bệnh viện Phụ sản Trung ương. Các bệnh nhân đáp ứng buồng trứng kém theo tiêu chuẩn Bologna điều trị
tại Trung tâm Hỗ trợ sinh sản (HTSS) quốc gia, Bệnh viện Phụ sản Trung Ương được chia thành hai nhóm.
Nhóm chứng được trưởng thành noãn bằng hCG (10000UI) và nhóm can thiệp được trưởng thành noãn bằng
hCG kết hợp GnRHa (6500UI + 0,2mg Triptoreline). Số lượng noãn thu được, số lượng noãn trưởng thành,
số phôi trung bình ở nhóm trưởng thành noãn bằng hCG kết hợp GnRHa (dual trigger) cao hơn nhóm trưởng
thành noãn bằng hCG (p < 0,05). Không có sự khác biệt về tỷ lệ thụ tinh và chất lượng phôi giữa hai nhóm.
Trưởng thành noãn bằng dual trigger làm tăng số lượng noãn thu được, số lượng noãn trưởng thành, số lượng
phôi trung bình, cải thiện kết quả IVF (In vitro fertilization) trên các bệnh nhân đáp ứng buồng trứng kém.
