Abstract

Cerebral palsy is the leading disability among physical disabilities in children. Physiotherapy and Occupational therapy are two main rehabilitation methods for children with cerebral palsy. Objective: Evaluate the results of physiotherapy and Occupational therapy for children with spastic cerebral palsy under 6 years old by goal-directed training. Methods: Conducting research, clinical trials comparing before and after treatment. Fifty spastic cerebral palsy children from 13 to 68 months old underwent rehabilitation by goal-directed training. Results: GMFM increased by 4.14 points after 3 months, by 10.22 points after 6 months. QUEST increased by 2.76 points after 3 months and by 4.78 points after 6 months.
