Establishment of human non small cell lung cancer on experimental model
Main Article Content
Abstract
Human xenograft tumor models established by transplantation of human cancer cell lines into immunodeficient mice are used for preclinical test of new anticancer agents in vivo. This study aimed to create human non-small cell lung cancer on immunodeficient nude mice (Nude mice) by the H460 human cancer cell line. H460 cells were injected into the right flanks of nude mice with 0.1ml × 107 cells per mouse. Then, tumor growth rate, tumor volume, tumor regression rate, survival-death rate, and tumor histology, were collected. Results: 100% nude mouse has tumor growth, no death due to technical error. The histological image is similar to the patient tumor. In conclusion, we successfully established human non-small cell lung cancer on the immunodeficient nude mouse.
