16. Anti-inflammatory, sore throat relief effect of Tecan capsules on patient with acute viral pharyngitist

Abstract

This research was conducted to evaluate the effect of anti-inflammation and sore throat relief of Tecan capsules on patient with acute viral pharyngitis. 60 patients were divided into 2 groups: 30 patients were treated with placebo (group I) and 30 patients were treated with Tecan (group II). Result showed after 7 days of treatment, inflammation and sore throat decreased significantly in 2 groups, with greater improvements in group II compared with group I (p < 0.05). Conclude: Tecan capsules have anti-inflammatory effects and sore throat relief on patient with acute viral pharyngitis.
