Căn nguyên vi sinh và kết quả điều trị trẻ mắc tiêu chảy cấp tại Bệnh viện Nhi đồng Cần Thơ

Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 138 trẻ nhập viện tại khoa Tiêu hóa Bệnh viện Nhi đồng Cần Thơ từ tháng 03 đến tháng 08/2023, được xác định tác nhân vi sinh bằng kỹ thuật real-time PCR thu được kết quả như sau: Rotavirus là tác nhân phổ biến nhất (44,9%), tiếp theo là adenovirus (13,8%) và Salmonella sp. (10,9%). Tỷ lệ sử dụng kháng sinh, thời gian nằm viện 4 - 7 ngày, trung vị chi phí điều trị cao hơn ở nhóm có mất nước. Bù dịch chủ yếu bằng oresol áp lực thẩm thấu thấp (54,4% ở nhóm có mất nước, 53,3% ở nhóm không mất nước) và truyền dịch (87,9% ở nhóm có mất nước, 76,2% ở nhóm không mất nước).
