Abstract

Managing patients with early-stage endometrial carcinoma who suffer from infertility is one of the significant challenges in the field of assisted reproduction. In recent years, there has been an increasing demand for fertility-sparing treatment among young women diagnosed with early-stage endometrial carcinoma (Stage IA). Advances in modern medicine have opened new therapeutic directions through medical protocols involving progestins combined with minimally invasive interventions. The successful treatment of infertile patients with early-stage endometrial carcinoma while preserving the uterus not only treat the disease but also conserves motherhood. Furthermore, these successes confirm that personalized treatment strategies in assisted reproduction are both effective and safe, ultimately increasing the live birth rate.
