Giá trị tham khảo trên cộng hưởng từ và bất tương hợp chỉ số độ cao xương bánh chè ở người Việt Nam

Nghiên cứu cắt ngang hồi cứu trên 130 phim cộng hưởng từ khớp gối tại Bệnh viện Đại học Y Dược TP. Hồ Chí Minh (2019 - 2022) nhằm mô tả bước đầu giá trị tham khảo MRI cho bốn chỉ số độ cao xương bánh chè (XBC): Insall-Salvati (IS), Insall-Salvati cải biên (MIS), bánh chè-ròng rọc (PTI) và tiếp xúc chè-đùi trên mặt phẳng đứng dọc (SPE); đồng thời đánh giá sự bất tương hợp phân loại giữa nhóm chỉ số mốc xương (IS, MIS) và nhóm chỉ số mốc sụn khớp (PTI, SPE). Kết quả thấy chỉ số IS = 1,12 ± 0,15; MIS = 1,74 ± 0,18; PTI = 0,43 ± 0,09; SPE = 0,49 ± 0,10. IS ở nữ cao hơn nam (1,18 so với 1,09; p = 0,0004). Tương quan nội nhóm cao: PTI-SPE r = 0,87; IS-MIS r = 0,53 (p < 0,001). Tương quan liên nhóm không có ý nghĩa (IS-PTI r = −0,08; IS-SPE r = −0,06). Bất tương hợp: 44/130 (33,8%) có IS > 1,2 nhưng không trường hợp nào được PTI xác nhận XBC lên cao. Kết quả gợi ý nguy cơ phân loại quá mức XBC lên cao khi áp dụng ngưỡng IS > 1,2 từ y văn nước ngoài cho người Việt Nam.
