Kết quả cấy ghép implant nhóm răng sau hàm trên bằng búa từ và khoan xương thông thường: Nghiên cứu can thiệp không ngẫu nhiên có nhóm chứng

Nghiên cứu nhằm đánh giá và so sánh kết quả ngắn hạn giữa hệ thống búa từ và khoan xương thông thường trong cấy implant răng sau hàm trên. Thiết kế can thiệp không ngẫu nhiên có nhóm chứng trên 38 bệnh nhân với 46 implant tại Bệnh viện Răng Hàm Mặt thành phố Hồ Chí Minh từ tháng 7/2025 đến 4/2026. Kết quả cho thấy nhóm búa từ có tỷ lệ đạt lực đặt ≥ 35 Ncm cao hơn (91,3% so với 60,9%, p = 0,016), mức độ đau sau phẫu thuật thấp hơn (p = 0,001 và p = 0,005), trong khi thời gian chuẩn bị tương đương nhau (6,2 ± 1,1 so với 6,0 ± 1,2 phút, p = 0,542) so với nhóm khoan thường. Độ ổn định implant cao hơn ngay sau cấy và sau 3 tháng (p ≤ 0,001), nhưng không còn khác biệt sau 6 tháng (p = 0,215). Các chỉ số về mức tiêu xương, tình trạng nướu quanh implant, tỷ lệ tồn tại implant (100% so với 95,7%) và tỷ lệ kết quả chung đạt loại tốt (87,0% so với 73,9%) cho thấy kết quả lâm sàng khả quan và tương đồng giữa hai phương pháp (p > 0,05). Nhìn chung, trong phạm vi theo dõi ngắn hạn, hệ thống búa từ cho thấy tiềm năng hỗ trợ tốt trong cấy ghép implant răng sau hàm trên nhờ ưu điểm tăng độ ổn định sơ khởi và giảm đau sau phẫu thuật, đồng thời duy trì kết quả lành thương ổn định.
