Đánh giá kết quả điều trị ung thư vú tái phát di căn bằng eribulin tại Bệnh viện K

Nghiên cứu mô tả hồi cứu trên 54 bệnh nhân ung thư vú tái phát di căn được điều trị bằng eribulin đơn chất tại Bệnh viện K từ tháng 1/2020 đến tháng 12/2025 nhằm đánh giá hiệu quả và độc tính của phác đồ. Tuổi trung bình là 54,78 ± 10,82 tuổi; 72,7% bệnh nhân đã trải qua từ 3 phác đồ hóa chất trở lên; phân nhóm bộ ba âm tính (TNBC) chiếm ưu thế (33,3%); tỷ lệ di căn gan cao (58,2%). Tỷ lệ đáp ứng khách quan (ORR) đạt 31,5%, toàn bộ là đáp ứng một phần. Trung vị PFS là 2,8 tháng; tỷ lệ PFS tại 3 tháng và 6 tháng lần lượt là 37,0% và 35,2%. Số lượng vị trí di căn là yếu tố tiên đoán đáp ứng có ý nghĩa thống kê (p = 0,036). Phân nhóm hóa mô miễn dịch có liên quan có ý nghĩa với PFS (Log-rank p = 0,041), trong đó TNBC có tiên lượng xấu nhất. Về độc tính, phần lớn ở mức độ 1–2; hạ bạch cầu trung tính độ 3–4 gặp ở 20,4%; không ghi nhận tử vong liên quan điều trị. Kết quả bước đầu khẳng định tính khả thi và an toàn của eribulin trong thực hành lâm sàng tại Việt Nam.
