45. Hội chứng ALCAPA: Thông báo ca lâm sàng ở người trưởng thành

Xuất phát bất thường của động mạch vành trái từ động mạch phổi (hội chứng ALCAPA) là một bệnh tim bẩm sinh hiếm gặp, thường biểu hiện triệu chứng suy tim từ trẻ sơ sinh, chỉ tỷ lệ rất nhỏ có thể sống đến tuổi trưởng thành. Báo cáo này trình bày một trường hợp bệnh nhân nữ 29 tuổi, đã được chẩn đoán dựa vào biểu hiện lâm sàng, hỗ trợ của điện tâm đồ gắng sức và chẩn đoán hình ảnh (siêu âm tim, cắt lớp vi tính và chụp động mạch vành qua da). Bệnh nhân đã được phẫu thuật chuyển vị động mạch vành tại Bệnh viện Đại học Y Hà Nội. Qua trường hợp này, chúng tôi bàn luận về chiến lược chẩn đoán và lựa chọn điều trị ở những bệnh nhân trưởng thành gặp hội chứng hiếm gặp này.
