Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu nhằm xác định tỷ lệ lo âu và một số yếu tố liên quan đến đái tháo đường type 2. Nghiên cứu sử dụng thiết kế nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang trên 281 bệnh nhân đang điều trị ngoại trú tại phòng khám đa khoa Kim Anh, huyện Sóc Sơn, Hà Nội năm 2020. Công cụ để sàng lọc lo âu là thang đánh giá lo âu HADS (Hospital anxiety and depression scale). Kết quả cho thấy có 51,2% bệnh nhân có lo âu. Một số yếu tố liên quan đến lo âu là trình độ học vấn (OR = 3,58; 95%CI: 1,57 - 8,17), vai trò trong gia đình (OR = 2,53; 95%CI: 1,33 - 4,84), điều trị đái tháo đường nội trú (OR = 3,03; 95%CI: 1,60 - 5,76), nhu cầu hỗ trợ (OR = 5,01; 95%CI: 2,01 - 12,53). Kết luận: Bệnh nhân đái tháo đường type 2 có khả năng mắc lo âu khá cao, vì vậy cần có biện pháp sàng lọc để phát hiện và điều trị kịp thời.
