Xác định tỷ lệ một số tổn thương mắt ở bệnh nhân bệnh thận mạn tính giai đoạn cuối có chỉ định điều trị thay thế bằng ghép thận tại Bệnh viện Quân Y 103 và nhận xét một số yếu tố liên quan. Mô tả cắt ngang 89 bệnh nhân suy thận giai đoạn cuối có chỉ định ghép thận tại Bệnh viện Quân Y 103, đánh giá một số tổn thương  mắt bao gồm tình trạng khô mắt, tình trạng canxi hoá kết giác mạc, bệnh đục thể thuỷ tinh và bệnh lí võng mạc do tăng huyết áp. Tỷ lệ tổn thương võng mạc do bệnh lí tăng huyết áp là 74,16%, bệnh lí khô mắt chiếm tỷ lệ là 71,91%, tổn thương canxi hoá kết giác mạc 53,93% và tỷ lệ đục thể thuỷ tinh là 16,85%. Những yếu tố có sự  tương quan bao gồm tuổi, giới tính, nguyên nhân gây suy thận, thời gian điều trị bệnh thận kéo dài.
