Tỷ lệ viêm phúc mạc trên trẻ thẩm phân phúc mạc tại Bệnh viện Nhi Trung ương

Thẩm phân phúc mạc (TPPM) là phương thức lọc máu ưu tiên cho trẻ cần điều trị thay thế thận, trong đó viêm phúc mạc là một trong những biến chứng phổ biến nhất của TPPM. Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện nhằm đánh giá tỷ lệ, căn nguyên vi trùng gây viêm phúc mạc ở trẻ TPPM tại Bệnh viện Nhi Trung ương từ 1/2019 đến 6/2021. Kết quả: Tổng số 52 trẻ (48,1% nam) với tuổi trung bình 8,98 ± 3,92 tuổi tham gia nghiên cứu. 21 trẻ (40,4%) bị viêm phúc mạc, với 9 bệnh nhân trải qua 2 đợt viêm phúc mạc trở lên. Có 39 đợt viêm phúc mạc (0,64 đợt/bệnh nhân - năm), hay gặp trong năm đầu TPPM với 28,2% đợt viêm phúc mạc xảy ra khi TPPM được 3 - 6 tháng. Vi khuẩn gram dương là nguyên nhân gây ra 14 trong số 17 (82,3%) đợt viêm phúc mạc cấy dương tính, trong đó Staphylococcus aureus là loài chủ yếu được phân lập chiếm 64,7%. Tỷ lệ nuôi cấy âm tính ở các đợt còn cao 56,4%. Kết luận: Viêm phúc mạc là biến chứng phổ biến ở trẻ TPPM.
