22. Kiến thức, thực hành phòng, chống dịch COVID-19 của nhân viên y tế tại Việt Nam và một số yếu tố liên quan năm 2020

Nhân viên Y tế có kiến thức và thực hành tốt về phòng, chống dịch COVID-19 sẽ góp phần quan trọng vào việc khống chế dịch COVID-19 lây lan. Nghiên cứu được tiến hành nhằm đánh giá tỉ lệ nhân viên Y tế tại Việt Nam có kiến thức và thực hành đúng về phòng, chống dịch COVID-19 và một số yếu tố liên quan, năm 2020. Thiết kế nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang, tiến hành trên 21.413 nhân viên Y tế trực tiếp tham gia phòng, chống dịch COVID-19 tại các cơ sở y tế trên cả nước theo phương pháp ném bóng tuyết. Nghiên cứu cho thấy tỉ lệ nhân viên Y tế có kiến thức và thực hành đúng phòng, chống dịch COVID-19 lần lượt là 84,4% và 71,4%. Nhân viên Y tế nữ, trẻ tuổi, có thâm niên công tác ≥ 10 năm và có nguy cơ tiếp xúc với COVID-19 thì có kiến thức về phòng, chống COVID-19 tốt hơn. Nhân viên Y tế có thâm niên công tác ≥ 10 năm và có nguy cơ tiếp xúc với COVID-19 thì có thực hành về phòng, chống COVID-19 tốt hơn (p < 0,05).
